Glow Tips
1. Three days before your spray tan, deeply exfoliate to remove built-up and old color and knock off dead skin cells.
2. 24 hours before your spray tan, shave and lightly exfoliate. Start drinking at least 60 oz of water each day; hydration is just as important inside your body!
3. Use only clear, sulfate-free body wash. Avoid mineral oil, petroleum, and synthetic alcohols. Major no-no brands are Dove, Jergens, Olay, Bath and Body Works, and Victoria's Secret body products.
4. The night before, deeply moisturize with a clean, spray tan safe lotion with no heavy oils or silicones.
5. The day of your spray tan, arrive with clean, product-free skin. No makeup, deodorant, perfume, or lotion. If you must shower before your spray tan, keep it cool and use a clear, gel cleanser. A hot shower will close pores and may cause beading or drips during application.
