The Cocoon Infrared Wellness Pro offers a myriad of physical and psychological benefits. Great for athletes of all levels, but also wonderful for those who like to relax in encapsulating warmth and soothe sore or tired muscles.

Hydration Station Wet Sauna Pod
The Hydration Station is like a facial only for your entire body. It will moisturize and maintain radiant-looking skin! Moisturized skin tans more evenly and deeper than dry, scaly skin.
The Hydration Station is a proprietary combination of topical radiant heat and steam, LED color technology, and a vibratory bed in an advanced capsule. The pod can get up to 118 degrees and can burn up to 300 calories in just one visit!

LED Light Therapy
LED, or light-emitting diode therapy, is a skincare treatment that uses varying wavelengths of light, including red and blue. NASA originally developed it for plant growth experiments on shuttle missions and later found it to have promise for wound treatment. LED light therapy is now used to help regenerate the skin from aging. It’s also used for acne. You may use red, yellow, or blue light frequencies based on your skincare concern. Red is primarily used for anti-aging, while blue is used for acne treatment, and yellow is used for redness in the skin due to rosacea or cosmetic procedures such as dermaplaning or micro needling.
LEDs do not contain ultraviolet rays. Therefore, they’re safe for regular use. LED light therapy doesn’t cause burns compared to other anti-aging treatments such as chemical peels, dermabrasion, and laser therapy. It is typically safe for all skin colors and types. You shouldn’t use LED light therapy if you take Accutane for acne or if you’re experiencing skin rashes. Side effects are rare, but may include increased inflammation, redness, and rashes.

O2 Therapy Sessions
Our O2 Therapy can be used in conjunction with any of our spa services, and treats you to 90% pure oxygen and aromatherapy from a disposable nose hose.
The oxygen is not kept under pressure nor is it administered from a tank. Our oxygen is produced by oxygen concentrators which take the ambient air that we breathe every day and separates the nitrogen from this ambient air with a molecular filter.
Most of the nitrogen is expelled during this cycle and the oxygen is concentrated and pushed out of the machine through a tube that is attached to the Aromarizer, which sits on top of the bar. It is there that the bartender/technician controls the flow of the oxygen to the individual bottles that hold water and the all-natural, essential, therapeutic-grade aromas. In turn, the bottles bubble when turned on and oxygen is forced into the bottle which has another open-ended tube on it. Nose hoses are connected to that tube while the user breathes normally.
Oxygen helps to produce melanin. Melanin is a pigment that affects skin, eye, and hair color in humans and other mammals. It is produced by melanocytes, which are found in the bottom layer of the skin’s epidermis.
Melanin helps protect the skin from damage caused by ultraviolet (UV) radiation from the sun. Most people’s skin darkens when exposed to UV light, giving them more protection when it is needed.
O2 Therapy will give you a 20%-30% deeper and darker tan. As you breathe, your body absorbs the oxygen and your circulatory system spreads it to all of your cells. Oxygen nourishes your skin, boosts circulation, and opens pores which leads to deeper product penetration. The more melanin you produce, the darker you tan. There are other great reasons to “oxygen tan.” Oxygen relieves stress, and relaxes you, and that’s where you want to be before or while lying in a tanning bed.

We offer 2 massage chairs that come complimentary with an LED Light Therapy Session or a Teeth Whitening Session, or you can purchase a session stand-alone.

The massage chairs offers a heated back (113°) to enhance the massage experience, gently soothe and loosen tight muscles while relieving pain and improving blood circulation. It also features an airbag kneading massage to the shoulders, arms, buttocks, and legs while there is rolling massage on the neck, shoulders, back, waist, and feet.

The Zero Gravity feature helps you feel virtually weightless and can effectively reduce heart pressure and stimulate blood circulation.
